There's been plenty of rotation from value stocks to growth stocks over the past few weeks and that rotation is beginning to show up in improving growth stock charts.
One such stock, Crocs, Inc. (CROX) saw slowing momentum in the form of a positive divergence on its mid-June closing low. On Thursday, CROX was able to post an 11% gain to finish above its 50-day SMA for the first time in 2022. That's very encouraging
Enter Crocs, Inc. (CROX):
Its AD line is finally starting to turn higher as a result of two very strong trading days in July on increasing volume. It's also worth noting that CROX resides in our Raised Guidance ChartList (RGCL) after guiding estimates higher with its last quarterly earnings report in early May. And while CROX has shown relative weakness throughout 2022, it did recently break out from a bullish falling relative wedge.
What does this mean?
- This suggests to me that this current absolute and relative strength is likely to continue.
