The S&P 500 is currently up 6.02% in 2023, but our average short squeeze stock is up 37.61%, more than 6 times the S&P 500!
That's the AVERAGE. One stock is up 365%. Another is up 201.96%. 7 are up 50% or more. In all, 34 of the 42 stocks on our Short Squeeze ChartList (SSCL) are up more than the S&P 500. In other words, you could have selected a stock from this SSCL by throwing a dart and you likely would have significantly outperformed. During our LIVE trading session with members on Friday, we saw volume exploding around noon on Beyond Meat, Inc. (BYND) and we bought it. While BYND fell back later in the afternoon, it gained roughly 15% in less than an hour after we bought it, setting up very quick profit opportunities for members. Check out the chart:
Enter Beyond Meat, Inc. (BYND):
These short squeeze stocks move very quickly as short sellers must cover (buy) their short positions as prices rise. It triggers a unique imbalance between demand and supply and you can profit extensively and very quickly - for those who have a high risk tolerance. I believe we will see MANY significant opportunities this week to trade these stocks, especially if the NASDAQ 100 ($NDX) follows through on its breakout to a 4+ month high. I've said all along that this was a cyclical bear market that ended with my bottom call in mid-June 2022. Despite a slightly lower low in October 2022, the bulls have remained resilient and now we're seeing very bullish developments - like the NASDAQ's Friday breakout.
