EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: MARKET UPDATE Another missile launched over Japan and the market response? Seen that before. In addition, the monthly retail sales report was much weaker than expected. The response? Yawn. Just look at the VIX, lower again today, as traders continue to shrug off bad news while embracing any good news that comes along. This includes the Dow hitting another all time high with both the S&P and NASDAQ near their all time highs as well. Interestingly, the Dow, which for quite a while lagged, is now leading the charge higher. And it's also the most overbought of the major indexes. In fact, it wouldn't be so bad to see some type of pullback but try telling that to the bulls. It's going to be interesting to see how traders are feeling by day's end. Will they be willing to hold stocks into the weekend or will they lighten up on the risk side? The bulls are still aiming to top 2500 on the S&P; that's only a few points. But sometime major thresholds take some time to clear. Bottom line; nothing but bullish here. That could always change quickly but for now it makes sense to go with the flow. Great trade! KORS - Stock is giving up some of the nice gains from yesterday, likely as a result of a weaker than expected Retail Sales report this morning. Hopefully will be temporary with a resumption in a move higher. PSTG - Stock is trying to perk up some after consolidating the past two weeks. A close above $14.99 would be very bullish. SFR - Stock was added with entry price of $35.60, a price target of $37.90 and a stop of any INTRA DAY close below $35.27. Would be bullish to close back above the 20 day moving average, currently at $36.30 Small Cap Watch List None DELETIONS FROM THE WATCH LIST SGMS is being removed from the Watch List.
