EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET UPDATE
The market is struggling to gain traction this morning with all of the major indexes lower. It's not big surprise, especially the Dow which simply got over-extended and needed some relief. Even then so far the selling has been very light. And the VIX remains below 10; still no worry out there which sometimes can be troubling. The S&P has slipped back below 2500 but again, not by much. For sure the NASDAQ is the weak link at the moment as it hovers just above its 20 day moving average. This could be in part because of Apple which has been in a downward spiral the past few weeks, and when the largest market cap company in the world stumbles, it's going to be felt. In looking at the S&P it would not be surprising to see it move lower to challenge its 20 day moving average, currently at 2484. But it also would not be surprising to see it hold closer to 2500 given the strong bid underneath the market. We know the S&P got as high as 2508 on the recent move higher and we know the 20 day is at 2484. So that's the range for now. We'll watch to see what happens later and the day and into the weekend and go from there.

Mid Cap Watch List
GWRE - Stock made a nice move earlier in the session before pulling back some. A close above $78.08 would be bullish and a close above $78.53 would be even more bullish.
PSTG - Stock was in breakout mode yesterday before pulling back later in the day. Is higher by almost 2% today and if it holds its gains into the close would be very bullish.
SFR - Stock continues to struggle to hold its 50 day moving average and would still like to see it close back above its 20 day moving average, currently at $36.33, to keep it above all key technical levels.
CTLT - Stock is up slightly and a close above $40.79 would be very bullish.
Small Cap Watch List
GIII - Stock was added to the Watch List yesterday at an initial price of $28.24 with a second entry on any pullback to $27.50 with a price target of $30.75 and a stop of any CLOSE below $27.20.
