Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: AMD, AMTD, BHI, CREE, DAL, FRX, HAL, IBM, JNJ, PETS, RF, SAP, TRV, TXN, VZ, XLNX Wednesday: ABT, ADTN, COH, EBAY, FFIV, GD, JEC, LSI, NFLX, NSC, NTRS, SNDK, UTX, VAR, WDC Earnings activity really begins to heat up this week. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions at this time, but expect our Watch List to grow later this week as more companies report. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: LEN - Tested the top of gap support this morning and now trying to rebound. MCHP - REMOVING THIS FROM OUR WATCH LIST AS IT'S HAD A NICE RUN AND EARNINGS WILL BE OUT IN ANOTHER 1-2 WEEKS. GREAT TRADE!!! ORCL - Will remove if it closes below 38.00. There's a long-term negative divergence in play so we don't want to take any chances here. ROC - Bouncing off both price and 20 day EMA support. Mid Cap Watch List: CRR - Showing some strength today, but could use (1) more volume and (2) a close over the 20 day EMA. LXK - REMOVING THIS FROM OUR WATCH LIST AS IT'S NEAR A 2 MONTH HIGH, IS A WINNER AND EARNINGS WILL BE OUT SOON. GREAT TRADE!!! OPEN - Looks like the symmetrical triangle pattern continues to evolve. Small Cap Watch List: ELY - Volume continues to strengthen as does the price. Already been a great trade with our Target Price another 10% higher. Earnings will be out soon so look for this one to be removed shortly from our Watch List. TASR - Tested recent price resistance. It's volatile, but still looks solid.
