EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: We're wrapping up another trading week with all of the major indexes lower. Blue chips are the weakest of the major indexes as the Dow closes in on its 20 day moving average. In spite of the market weakness the VIX is lower today as it tries to dip back below its 200 day moving average. For sure nerves have settled some since the big spike in the VIX earlier in the week. Though the NASDAQ is lower today as well we need to keep things in perspective. It just hit its all time high yesterday by moving above 6800 for the first time ever. So traders can't be blamed for locking in some profits; they are well deserved. With the recent selling we saw the S&P get as low as 2557. And we know the all time high is 2597. So that's the range for now. No major issues today so far in spite of the selling. Now we can watch and see what happens as the day progresses and as we get ready to head into a holiday week come Monday. Would like to see it close above the 20 day moving average, currently at $30.31, which would be bullish. GM - Stock is up slightly as it tries to build on momentum from moving back above all key technical levels. A close above $43.85 would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List ALSN - Stock opened below the INTRA DAY stop of $41 so is being removed from the Watch List. SKX - Stock is higher by 1.4 % as it moves closer to the target of $33.80 and a strong finish today would be bullish. OSK - Stock is up slightly as it continues to try to close back above its 20 day moving average, currently at $85.79, to get back on track. Small Cap Watch List SSTK - Stock is higher by 1.25% as it challenges the 200 day moving average at $40.77. A close above that level would be very bullish.
