EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: The bulls had to give up some gains on the NASDAQ yesterday as it had gotten so overbought. Now today the Dow and S&P have hit new record highs are are both at extremely overbought levels as traders rotate into blue chips and non-tech stocks. Though the NASDAQ got slammed yesterday, it held above all key technical levels. And just one day after some had predicted the market was ready to give it up, the Dow is over 24,000 for the first time ever with the S&P now closing in on 2650. There's still a bit of nervousness out there with the VIX above both its 20 and 50 day moving averages. But when you have two of the three major indexes hitting record levels the worry can't be that high. It's not hurting that the long talked about tax reform could be getting closer to reality than it has up until this time. Bottom line? The bulls remain in charge. However, the Dow and S&P really are overbought. So we'll need to be very selective here as we close out the month of November and wait for even better entry points if we get some relief sometime soon. Mid Cap Watch List NFX - stock is higher by 3.4% as it gets closer to our price target of $31.30.If it hits that level it will be removed from the Watch List. A close above the 200 day moving average, currently at $30.96, would be bullish. Small Cap Watch List CVA - Stock is up slightly but is back above all key technical levels.
