EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: Market Update: Every time it looks like the market could pullback some buyers step in. This has been the case for a while and with the market now is a seasonally strong period of the year could continue higher as we head into year end. You can see confidence is high with the VIX down 7% after dipping back into the 8's earlier in the session. Actually the little bit of selling we've seen so far this week is most welcomed; the market was very stretched. It's still stretched but that seems to be a secondary concern at the moment. If we do see some additional selling, which to me would be just fine, there should be support on the S&P near 2660. To the upside the bulls would like to clear the recent all time high near 2695, something very possible if traders remain in a buying mood.
