EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: Market Update: The market continues in a jolly mood with all of the major indexes higher. In fact the Dow is back to being close to an all time high. This bullishness comes on the heels of major tax reform and as we continue in an historically positive time of the year. Trader confidence remains high as well with the VIX staying near historically low levels. In other words, traders remain interested in being long stocks. Though all of the major indexes are higher it's still getting trickier to tack on points. In other words, there's been very little in the way of pullbacks resulting in the market being a bit stretched here. In fact the bulls are going to have to move the S&P above 2695 if they hope to take stocks higher. It's not far away but it still is a key level of resistance. But up is up and traders remain bullish on stocks, a big plus for the market. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: SHORTS: None at this time LONGS: Large Cap Watch List DVN - Stock is higher by over 2%. We sent out profit alert earlier in the session so the stock is being removed from the Watch List. GREAT TRADE! SBAC - Stock is up slightly as it tests its 50 day moving average from underneath. A close above that level, currently at $160.51, would be bullish. SQ - We added SQ to the Watch List this morning at an initial entry price of $36.21 with a second entry on any pullback to $35.60 and a price target of $39.75 and a stop of any INTRA DAY move below $34.83. Mid Cap Watch List GRA - Stock is down slightly as it struggles to hold its 200 day moving average. If the stock closes below its 200 day moving average, currently at $70.62, it will be removed from the Watch List. Small Cap Watch List IMAX - This stock continues in consolidation mode. Still would like to see it close back above $25.20 which would be bullish. If it closes below its 20 day moving average, currently at $24.57, it will be removed from the Watch List. KLIC - Stock is down by 1.22% after stalling at the 20 day moving average. It needs to close back above that level to get back on track ACLS - Stock is down 1.3% as it stalled at its 20 day moving average, a level it needs to clear to get back on track.. AVID - Stock is down slightly as it hangs around its 20 day moving average, currently at $6.08. A close above $6.27 would be very bullish.
