EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: We've got record highs on both the Dow and NASDAQ with the S&P closing in on its all time high. Looks like the little bit of selling we saw yesterday excited those traders who had some cash available to buy on the pullback. The VIX is showing a very confident trader as it has dipped back into the 9's just a day after it had spiked to test its 200 day moving average and now it's back below all key technical levels favoring the bulls. The move higher today comes one day before we get earnings reports from some major banks so traders continue to believe overall earnings will come out just fine. Bottom line at the moment is the bulls are totally in charge with traders ready, willing and able to jump in on any selling. SAIC - Stock is up over 1% and remains above all key technical levels and a close above $78.68 would be bullish. Small Cap Watch List AVAV - Stock was up nicely before pulling back close to even. I'm not crazy about the action here. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE REMOVING AVAV FROM THE WATCH LIST at the current price of $52.68. If you continue to hold watch to see if $52.10 holds on any additional selling as it could move lower from there. SORL - Stock is higher by 1.5% and a close above $7.42 which would be bullish. FINL - We added this stock to the Watch List this morning at an initial entry price of $13.36 with a second entry on any pullback to $12.85 with a price target of $14.75 and a stop of any INTRA DAY move below $12.52.
