EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: The market is really not healthy at the moment. The Dow, S&P and Russess 2000 are all below key technical levels. The NASDAQ continues to be the "go-to" index but even there it's largely because of a very small handful of stocks that make up a large percentage of the index. The VIX is up slightly, well off of recent highs but poised to move much higher on a moment's notice. Even though the NASDAQ is higher it's 40 points off of the high of the session as it hit resistance earlier in the session when profit taking kicked in. I just don't like the overall action and the market would be well served if there could be even more selling. The S&P got as low as 2675 yesterday so that is now the first level of support. The 20 day moving average is at 2718 which was cleared easily this morning but now the S&P is back below that level. Just a good time to sit back and let things play out. It's this kind of whipsaw, directionless action that can really hit the pocketbook so keep that in mind. There is resistance near $144 so keep that in mind. In addition, PLEASE NOTE: We are changing the stop on NVDA to any CLOSE below its 20 day moving average, currently at $237.81. If it closes below that level it will be removed from the Watch List. Mid Cap Watch List None Small Cap Watch List INVA - Stock is having a tough time clearing the $16 level. PLEASE NOTE: We are changing the stop on INVA to any CLOSE below its 20 day moving average, currently at $15.72. If it closes below that level it will be removed from the Watch List.
