EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
Market Update:
It's been pretty clear lately that the overall market behavior has been tied to the NASDAQ and we're seeing that in full force today with tech stocks finally showing signs of cracking. The big culprit today is Facebook, down over 6% on what is being seen as misuse of confidential information. The VIX is showing renewed concern as it is up by 18% and back above all key technical levels, favoring the bears. For the first time since the beginning of March the NASDAQ is below its 20 day moving average while the Dow and S&P are both below their respective 20 and 50 day moving averages. So unless we see some serious buying by day's end the bears are going to be back in control. If traders are looking to buy on dips then they certainly have the opportunity today; it's not been often lately to see the NASDAQ down by over 1.75% in a day. Since the market continues to focus on tech stocks we'll need to watch what happens to the NASDAQ as the day progresses with the 20 day, currently at 7382, now resistance. To the downside there should be some support near 7300. The NASDAQ got as low as 7345 so if that goes then we could see a pickup in selling.

ADDITIONS TO WATCH LIST
The good news today is the heavy selling could present some decent reward to risk trading opportunities once things settle down. Will keep you posted if any new alerts.
