Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: AXL, CCJ, CI, MCO, MT Monday: BIDU, CNA, HAS, L, MAS, NAT, NUAN, SOHU ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: CAT - Breaking out today, but volume is suspect so you might take small profits if it fails to break out at the close. LEN - Printing another higher high and higher low - very nice action. Our Target Price is 44.00. ROC - Could be printing reversing candle at the falling 20 day EMA. Taking short-term profits off a recent buy would not be a bad decision. From a bullish perspective, I'd like to see a close above today's intraday high. TEL - A close above the 20 day EMA would obviously be more bullish than the alternative. But at least for now we've stopped the downtrend. Mid Cap Watch List: GMT - Rebounding nicely off 20 day EMA test. VIPS - Be careful here. The price action remains strong, but volume trends are weakening slightly and the daily MACD is downright worrisome. Think about taking profits if you own and re-entering if we see a 50 day SMA test down the road. Small Cap Watch List: TASR - Continues to hover near the 17.00 level. Remains bullish.
