EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: Just when it looked like the S&P might get some distance from the 2742 level that it's had trouble moving above traders decided to lock in some profits even in the NASDAQ which earlier in the session hit a new all time high. Along with that high are stretched oscillators with stochastics above 90 and a RSI above 70, generally a recipe for some type of pullback. Even with the pullback tech stocks are quite in vogue with the Dow and S&P continuing to lag. The S&P did manage a slightly higher high than yesterday earlier in the session as it touched 2752, the new level of resistance. But it's still been like pulling teeth with the S&P sitting right near the levels we saw back in February, so 4 months of going nowhere fast. Still the bulls remain in charge; it's not every day we see a record high in the NASDAQ. The S&P remains in a tight trading range of 2752 to the upside and 2715 to the downside. Unless the bulls are able to clear that 2752 level expect continued consolidation. There is a second entry on any pullback to $25 with a price target of $29.50 and a stop of any Intra Day move below $24.60 PBH - We added this stock to the Watch List yesterday at an entry price of $33.68 with a price target of $36.85 and a stop of any INTRA DAY move below $33. It made a nice move higher earlier today but has now pulled back and is down slightly. A move back above today's high of $34.92 would be bullish.
