EB Watch List Update Repoft

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: Market Update: The market remains in refusal to go down mode with the NASDAQ hitting another all time high as it clears 7700 for the first time in history and as traders turn once again to tech stocks. While the NASDAQ is showing renewed strength both the Dow and S&P are still lagging. Perhaps the NASDAQ clearing the 7700 will bring other non-tech stocks along for the ride. It does look like the S&P is itching to take a stab at the 2800 level where it could stall. First it needs to clear yesterday's high of 2790. It should be pointed out that the NASDAQ is technically overbought which makes sense since its been pretty straight up since late April. The VIX is down slightly as it continues to consolidate in the 12's, still very low by historical standards. Tomorrow brings the Fed announcement which could extend the current rally or slow it down. Whatever the case at the moment the bulls remain in control. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS SHORTS: None. LONGS: Large Cap Watch List None Mid Cap Watch List PE - Stock is higher by almost 2.5%. If it continues moving higher it could run into resistance near its 20 day moving average, currently at $28.96 so will be watching it closely. Small Cap Watch List PBH - Stock is higher after pulling back earlier in the session. Still want to see if close above $36 which would be bullish.
