EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
Market Update:
Microsoft reported earnings after the bell last night with a positive response which is helping take stocks higher this morning. The move higher in MSFT is encouraging for the bulls who have set the bar high for earnings season in general. The S&P continues to hang out in the 2800+ range, not blasting off but holding where it needs to for now. We know the recent high was 2816 so that's the level the bulls need to negotiate if they hope to take the market higher. The earnings parade will continue in full force next week which will keep traders on their toes as they look for those companies that beat/miss expectations. The recent move higher in stocks has resulted in stochastics in the 90's on all of the major indexes. RSI's have not yet confirmed technically overbought conditions so there's still room to run higher should traders remain in a bullish mood.
