EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: The bulls have been itching to take the S&P to higher levels and so far today they've gotten their wish with all of the major indexes higher. For sure the NASDAQ is still king, having put in another all time high, but the S&P hasn't been this high since February 1. And though it may well stall here it's at least one level closer to getting back to its all time high that was reached in late January. A good deal of today's positive action can be linked to Google that exceeded all expectations when it reported its numbers after the bell yesterday with the stock up almost 5% at its peak today. The week could get even more interesting as we'll hear from Facebook and Amazon over the next few days with expectations at very lofty levels. in looking at the S&P the next key level of resistance is at 2839, about 10 points from today's high. Clearing that level could set the stage for a retest of that all time high of 2872. Of course we'll want to see if these early gains hold into the close. But for sure the bulls have all the momentum on their side at the present time. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS SHORTS: None LONGS: Large Cap Watch List EXPD - Stock showed early promise as it hit its highest level in over a month before pulling back. Would like to see pick up some steam into the close. Mid Cap Watch List MOMO - Stock fell sharply earlier in the session on fears of encroachment by Facebook and hit our stop of any INTRA DAY move below $43.45 so is being removed from the Watch List. Small Cap Watch List PLAY - Stock is lower by 1.6% after crossing $50 earlier in the session before pulling back. At a minimum want to see it hold its 20 day moving average, currently at $48.94. higher by almost 1% and a close above $49.83 would be bullish. TLRD - Stock was added to the Watch List this morning at an entry price of $21.58 with a price target of $24.90 and a stop of any INTRA DAY move below $20.85.
