EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
Market Update:
This is the calmest the market has been since the beginning of the year with the VIX hitting 10.17 earlier in the session showing traders feel just fine about the market. The bulls will argue that the VIX is indicating the market can go higher while the bears will argue that there's too much complacency at the moment. Both arguments carry some weight. On the one hand, no one is selling at the moment. On the other hand, the oscillators on the VIX show it wouldn't take much for it to turn - i.e., some out of the blue, unexpected news. We should keep in mind that the S&P is only 10 points from its all time high, a level that the bears see as a line in the sand and thus will step up their efforts to keep the market from moving higher. This is why it seems to me that the reward to risk doesn't justify getting aggressive here. Instead, I would like to see some selling for some better set ups.

KEM - Stock is down slightly as it rests just above its 50 day moving average. At a minimum want to see it hold that level and better yet get back above its 20 day, currently at $26.46.
