EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update: The bulls are showing some follow through this morning after successfully holding the line just when it looked like there could be more selling with all of the major indexes higher. The S&P moved back above 2900 where it is now hanging out with the bulls hoping it closes back above this level to show they remain in charge. The Dow hit a fresh near time high earlier in the session before pulling back some with the NASDAQ now back above all key technical levels though it remains 100+ points from its all time high. The VIX is showing some renewed trader confidence as it moves back below all key technical levels. Any way you try to cut it the bulls are showing why they've maintained control of the market for a long time, even during a month historically known for being difficult for stocks. At this point a close back above 2900 would be a positive development with the 20 day moving average, currently at 2877, now support. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS SHORTS: None LONGS: Large Cap Watch List None Mid Cap Watch List STAY - Stock tried once again to clear $20 earlier in the session before pulling back some. This is taking some patience but if does close back above $20 it might catch a bid and gain some much needed monentum. ONDK - Stock made a nice move higher earlier in the session before pulling back close to our revised stop of any close below $7.65. It needs to reverse here or could be in danger of stopping out. A close back above $8 would be a plus. TLYS - We added this stock to the Watch List this morning at an initial entry price of $19.08 with a second entry on any pullback to $18 and with a price target of $25 and a stop of any CLOSE below $17.50.
