We don't like the action taking place below the surface right now and would rather be safely in cash. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: CAT - Taking nice profits at the current price (96.76). GREAT TRADE!!! CNQR - Took profits yesterday at 28.03, just watching for now. FFIV - Long-term negative divergence could really kick in here on a close below 110.00. Be careful. LEN - Performing exceptionally well given the recent bad housing news. Still, we'd rather be safe than sorry. Taking profits right here at 41.40. GREAT TRADE!!! ROC - Already took profits late last week at 74.25, just watching for now. TEL - Touched 58.00 and failing right now. We're taking profits at the current price (57.62). GREAT TRADE!!! Mid Cap Watch List: ATK - Taking a loss on this one at the current price of 130.17. It hasn't really performed well of late on a relative basis and given the overall market issues, we'd rather just move to the sidelines and take our lumps. GMT - Don't like today's candle thus far and we've got very nice profits at the current price of 60.74. GREAT TRADE!!! TTEK - This one is up slightly from our recent Re-entry Price. We'll take small profits and watch from the sidelines for now. GREAT TRADE!!! VIPS - We haven't been in this one lately because the breakout recently occurred with a long-term negative divergence. VIPS reports its quarterly earnings on Thursday, so WE ARE REMOVING VIPS FROM OUR WATCH LIST NOW. Small Cap Watch List: TASR - Breakout is 18.68 and with TASR currently trading at 18.56, it's an awesome time to reward ourselves with nice profits and move to the sidelines. GREAT TRADE!!! DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: VIPS is being removed as it will be reporting quarterly earnings on Thursday. No other stocks are being removed, but we are taking profits/losses on ALL current open positions. They'll remain on the Watch Lists, just not as open positions. Happy trading!
