EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
Market Update:
Another day of struggling for the bulls as the bears continue to pile on with all of the major indexes lower. It's much of the same; technically, the market is broken. On top of that, none of major indexes are close to being oversold, so there's still plenty of room to the downside if traders continue to be parked on the sidelines. Some good news for us; the lower the market goes, the better the opportunities become because sooner or later the market will catch a bid, it's just a matter of when. In looking at the NASDAQ - since tech stocks have been at the forefront of leading the market lower - there is support near 7100. It doesn't mean it has to go there but if the selling was to pick up that is a level to watch. We'll still look at select opportunities, especially on those stocks that beat earnings and have been dragged along with the entire market and could be poised to bounce. But we'll keep our stops tight and take profits as they come our way.
