EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: The optimism that was evident yesterday has faded some today with all of the major indexes lower. The order of interest in the market right now is quite evident; blue chips first and tech stocks last with the S&P falling somewhere in between. This makes some sense as we've seen government bond yields falling as traders have opted for safety over high risk assets with traders still not convinced Santa will produce a rally into year end. This week brings with it the most important economic report of each month; the non-farm payroll report. Perhaps traders are going to wait to see what's developed in the jobs market before taking on too many more positions. The bulls would like to hold the S&P above both its 20 and 200 day moving averages but both are currently in jeopardy and a move below the 200 day, currently at 2762, could result in further selling. So we're going to see if traders are back to buying on nice dips or if they will remain defensive for now. EZPW - Stock is lower by 1.5% flat as it continues to struggle try to clear its 20 day moving average and a close above $9.55 would be bullish. As a reminder there is a stop of any CLOSE below $9.10 ONDK - We added this stock to the Watch List this morning at an entry price of $7.30 with a price target of $8.16 and a stop of any INTRA DAY move below $7.09.
