EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
The bears wanted to remind everyone who thinks they've finished their work may be mistaken as stocks continue to slump. For sure we're in a "quick hit" market where you have to grab any gains that come along while keeping tight stops in place even though that can be frustrating as well, especially when stocks recover after stops have been swept. It's also a reminder that this is not a time to be involved in a lot of trades unless you like to get whipsawed about. If you go back to the beginning of the year and right through September the bulls worked their magic every time a key level of support needed to hold. Now anytime a major index closes in on key resistance the bears turn up the heat. In some ways we're in a trading "no-man's land" with the benefit of the doubt tilted in favor of the bears. It's hard to say what might swing the momentum to the bulls. Maybe more progress on the trade front maybe something tied to the Fed but even then it's hard for traders to see good news as a reason to get aggressively long. Best to remain in caution mode for the time being.

NOMD - Stock got close to our stop early in the session only to make a nice move higher then back to up slightly. A close back above the high of the day of $18.90 would be bullish while we'll keep our stop of any INTRA DAY move below $18.40.
