It's clear the market has broken down and it's why we've moved to the sidelines. Are all of the major indexes oversold? Absolutely. Does it matter at the moment? No. The VIX approached 30 this morning before pulling back some; no one wants to buy stocks. It is absolutely possible - maybe likely - that we'll still see a rally into year end. But right now it's time to sit on our hands and see what develops, see if any signs emerge that make sense to nibble some. For now cash is king. I will be back Monday morning with my Market Update.
