Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: ALU, ARCP, BBY, BID, CHS, CRM, DECK, GPS, KSS, LAMR, MELI, MNST, MYL, PLL, RBS, ROST, SHLD, SPLK, TD, WEN Friday: DDD, LNG, POM NOTE: Our major indices are once again threatening breakouts to all-time highs - particularly the S&P 500 and Russell 2000. Leadership today is a little better, but still questionable. The tendency of late has been to see failures in the final couple hours of trading, so let's see if equity prices can hold their breakout levels into the close. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today, but if we do see a breakout into the close today, we'll likely add a few stocks tomorrow. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: SJM - It's up today, but remains below our Closing Stop of 100.00 - at least for now. Large Cap Watch List: CNQR - Continues to struggle near price resistance at 128.15. ROC - Another huge rally today on strong volume, nearly hitting the 82.00 next target provided on Wednesday. With an RSI now at 82, it would be difficult to hold onto this one any longer. The risk of a short-term pullback is growing. TEL - Breaking above 58.00 - good news - but could use more volume to confirm. Mid Cap Watch List: ATK - Resting on its rising 20 day EMA. TTEK - Stymied at short-term price resistance near 29.00.
