Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: DDD, LNG, POM Monday: ASNA, HTZ, JKS, MBI, MDR, ROC, SCTY NOTE: Our major indices were attempting to tack on additional gains this morning after breaking out above key technical resistance levels at Thursday's close. While the breakouts should be respected, this reversal, together with leadership by defensive sectors should suggest to us that we be very cautious. Predicting an exact top is never easy, however. So trade with caution. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There were 5 additions to our Watch Lists, which were detailed in a separate e-mail and also posted to our website. Annotated charts for UA, MCO, SSTK, RRD and MRIN will be provided over the weekend. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: SJM - Traded near 101.00 earlier, but it's reversed and is sitting almost squarely on our 100.00 Closing Stop level. Large Cap Watch List: CNQR - Has been failing at 128.15 lately and is down nearly 4% today. Aggressive traders could initiate another position at the rising 20 day EMA, currently at 122.37. ROC - Reports earnings on Friday, so WE ARE REMOVING ROC FROM OUR WATCH LIST. TEL - Finally broke above 58.00 on a closing basis on Thursday and it's seen a little follow through today. While our Target Price is 64.00, initial resistance will be felt near 59.75. Mid Cap Watch List: ATK - Bouncing nicely, holding onto 20 day EMA support. TTEK - Trying to break out above 29.00. As was the case yesterday, TTEK needs more volume to confirm. Small Cap Watch List: There are currently no stocks on our Small Cap Watch List. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: ROC is being removed from our Watch List as they report their quarterly results on Friday. There are no other deletions today unless Closing Stops are violated.
