EB Watch List Update Report

T Market Update: The long weekend has come and gone with a mixed picture on the major indexes this morning as we begin a new trading day and week. The market was already overbought as it ended last week and continues to be overbought today. This seems to matter little to the bulls who seem to be pinning their hopes on some type of trade deal with China. For the first time since early November the NASDAQ is challenging its 200 day moving average, currently at 7467. It's been a lagging index so any strength in the tech sector would have to be seen as a positive. Right now it looks like 2800 is a key level of resistance on the S&P with the 200 day, currently at 2745, now support. The market does continue to be resilient - buyers waiting to jump in on any pullbacks. Until that changes we have to give the nod to the bulls.
