EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Market Update We're seeing a bit of nervousness for the first time in a while with the VIX at its highest level in over a month as traders assess whether or not the market has hit a near term top. It's not an unreasonable question to be asking considering the non-stop move higher for four months now. The Dow is showing the most weakness here as it moves back below its 20 day moving average. We're deep enough into earnings season and have heard from enough key companies for traders to draw conclusions. The charts say they were mostly pleased but the bears will argue that the better than expected results have been built in. The S&P has already put in a lower low today with the first line of technical defense at 2906. Traders have been more than willing to buy at key levels of support going back to the late December 2018 low. It's a good time to watch and see what develops as the day progresses. As a reminder we have a second entry on any pullback to $72. FL - Stock is fairly flat after a bout of selling earlier in the session. It remains very oversold so we will keep a close eye on it as the day progresses and could possible adjust the stop loss. For now the stop is any CLOSE below $56.
