EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: Market Update The uncertainty that has plagued the market for some time now continues with the bulls unable to regain control of the action. Even with all of the major indexes higher the bears have the technical advantage with traders unwilling to commit capital to the long side the way they did just before the market hit its all time highs a few weeks back. Complicating matters is the realization that one sudden tweet could either tack on a lot of points or send the market even lower. In other words, concerning for both the longs and the shorts. Blue chip stocks continue to lag the overall market with the 20 day moving average now crossing below the 50 day on the Dow; never a good sign. And though the same thing has not yet happened on the NASDAQ or S&P they are both getting closer to a cross as well. At this point we've got a well defined trading range on the S&P; 2800 to the downside and 2864, the 50 day moving average, to the upside. Trying to trade in between is tricky at best. A close back above $126.66 would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List SAIC - Stock is up by slightly as it consolidates near all key moving averages. We're likely going to need to see an improving market for this stock to make any substantial move higher.
