EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: Market Update The VIX has been showing traders have become more defensive the past few sessions with all of the major indexes lower. It's not that the VIX is spiking sharper on this move lower. It's that it stopped falling as the market continued to rally showing some trader had become more skeptical. So far today the NASDAQ has move back below its 50 day moving average while the Dow and S&P are trading slightly above their respective 50 days. For the S&P that's at 2873, a level the bulls want to defend or face additional selling. It will be interesting to see if buyers will be willing to step in on today's selling. Until yesterday traders were gobbling up everything in sight. If the S&P does close back below its 50 day the next level of support will be near 2850. To the upside the S&P got as high as 2910 yesterday which is now resistance.
