Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: None Tuesday: ADBE, DSW, FDS, ORCL MARKET NOTE: The dangerous whipsaw action continues - with today representing the bulls' turn for a rally. Lately not much has lasted, however, so we must respect the mixed signals that surround us. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: SJM - CORRECTION: SJM does still remain on our Watch List because the original Closing Stop of 100.00 hasn't been violated. Our revised Closing Stop of 97.50 was violated so the LIVE trade was removed. The Short Watch List still does contain SJM and I'll continue to report on key technical changes as they develop. Large Cap Watch List: CAT - Hovering at the 20 day EMA. FFIV - Recent weakness is helping to unwind the negative divergence on the MACD. Today's strength may fail at the 20 day EMA. Entry in the 105-106 area would make technical sense. MCO - Quite volatile now between 78.00 and 84.00. The uptrend remains intact, though. ROC - Bouncing off gap support today after triggering Second Entry at 76.17 on Thursday. TEL - Solid bounce off 50 day SMA support. UA - Gapped higher this morning after announcing a 2:1 stock split. Divergence is weak, however, so caution is the word. Mid Cap Watch List: ATK - Now squeezing in a bullish symmetrical triangle pattern off the early February high. GMT - Failure on breakout today ominous with shrinking volume and weakening MACD. MELI - Has triggered all 3 entry points and is attempting to rally off Friday's doji. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: There are no additional deletions today unless Closing Stops are violated. Happy trading!
