EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Good morning! First, I want to let everyone know that we will be sending out the Top 10 Stock Picks Webinar Room Instructions to members early afternoon. Market Update: The market got off to a strong start this morning with traders in a buying mood as we begin a new trading day and week. If you ask me if I think we're getting an all clear signal here my answer would be...no. Has the market made some progress since the most recent lows? Yes. The VIX is lower again by almost 6%, well off the recent highs, so some calming of nerves. But we also saw how profit taking kicked in some earlier in the session and there's still reluctance to go all in here on the long side. Both the NASDAQ and S&P have move above their respective 20 day moving averages, at least intra day. But what really matters is where they close. On the NASDAQ that would be 7984. On the S&P that would be 2919. If we can get a close above those levels the bulls would have something to work with and in the case of the S&P the next key level of resistance would be the 50 day, currently at 2945, where I imagine the bears will put up a big fight. To the downside 2864 is a level to watch on any pullbacks.
