Dear Members: Good morning! Market Update: Tech stocks are leading the market higher today with all of the major indexes showing nice gains with both the NASDAQ and S&P trying to stay above their respective 20 day moving averages while the Dow continues to play catch up. The bulls are hoping that the early gains stick while the bears are hoping we see a repeat of yesterday with weakness into the close. If the gains can hold here then next up would be the 50 day moving averages on both the NASDAQ and S&P, 8048 and 2946, respectively. But the day's early here and as we saw yesterday a lot can happen by the time the market closes. So let's watch and see if the S&P can actually close above its 20 day first, currently at 2918, or if we'll see some fading into the close.
