EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members,
KEY EARNINGS REPORTS:
Wednesday: PAYX
Thursday: ACN, CONN, GME, LULU, RHT
MARKET NOTE:
Our major indices remain vulnerable as money continues to rotate towards safety. That's not what we want to see to sustain a bull market. We could see a return to favor of aggressive stocks, but we shouldn't assume it will just happen.
I'd remain somewhat cautious for now.
ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS:
There are no additions to our Watch Lists today.
BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS:
Short Watch List:
No comments at this time.
Large Cap Watch List:
FFIV - The negative divergence has now been reset with the 50 day SMA test and the return of the MACD to its centerline support. I would expect to see support in the 102-106 area.
MCO - Remains in an uptrend while sideways consolidating.
ROC - Triggered our final entry at 74.00, which represents not only price support, but also the rising 50 day SMA. Our Closing Stop is a tight one at 72.75. We don't want to take big chances in this current market environment.
UA - 109.18 remains the best initial entry point, if it drops that far.
Mid Cap Watch List:
ATK - Going against the grain and attempting to breakout of its recent triangle resistance at 140.00. It's well off today's intraday high, however, so let's see where we close.
GMT - Volume trends have remained quite strong on this breakout, suggesting the bulls aren't done. Today's bearish engulfing candle could derail the advance short-term, though.
KFY - Continues to perform well overall. The rising 20 day EMA should offer up nice support on any test.
MELI - Stopped out on Tuesday with the close beneath 94.00, so it has been removed from our Watch List.
TTEK - Has some price support at 29.00 and trendline support exists around 29.00 as well.
Small Cap Watch List:
There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS:
There are no additional deletions today unless Closing Stops are violated.
Happy trading!
