Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: FL Monday: None MARKET NOTE: As we prepare to head into the long holiday weekend (Memorial Day), all of our major indices are higher, including the S&P 500, which is currently trading one point above its previous all-time closing high. Given that the end of May and early June generally produces higher equity prices, a breakout to an all-time closing high just before such a bullish historical period would certainly seem to bode well for stocks in general. We'll see. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: ARG - There's been little bounce here, despite the market's bullish behavior. Large Cap Watch List: FLEX - After Thursday's breakout, FLEX hit an intraday high today of 10.25, just 25 cents shy of our 10.50 Target Price. Today's high also represented a 10% profit from our Initial Entry point. Mid Cap Watch List: ALJ - Volume is light today as ALJ rests almost squarely on our 14.50 Closing Stop. WTW - Finally showing some strength after the recent selling. Additional volume and a close over the 20 day EMA is what I'd be looking for if you're long.
