EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: KFY MARKET NOTE: We're seeing some bargain hunting today with all of the major indexes higher. The selling from the past few sessions has at least moved the market out of overbought status. All of the major indexes held key technical levels yesterday. Now we want to see if the S&P holds 1923 on any further selling. To the upside 1955 on the S&P is a level the bulls will be aiming for should the market resume its march higher. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: PRGO - Stock is showing some weakness, down 1.7% in spite of today's higher market. Our Closing Stop is at 145.00 to keep any potential losses here quite small. Our Target Price remains 126.00 (recent low close). SBH - Small bounce today on decent volume but stock remains below all key technical levels. As I mentioned yesterday I wouldn't be surprised to see a rally near-term here so I'd take profits on any short position with possible re-entry near the falling 50 day SMA. Large Cap Watch List: CNP - Still looks fine technically and we'll keep our Closing Stop at 23.35. FLEX - If in this one, consider raising your INTRADAY stop every day to just beneath the prior day's low. On the first sign of weakness (lower low), I'd capture profits. HSP - Slightly lower today and as mentioned yesterday the long tail to the upside on Wednesday suggested we could see a short-term top and action today continues to confirm it. The rising 20 day EMA test could be considered for initial re-entry. Mid Cap Watch List: KFY - THIS STOCK WILL REPORT EARNINGS ON MONDAY, JUNE 16, SO IT IS BEING REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST. GREAT TRADE! WTW - Stock is down almost 2% today but on extremely light volume and no technical damage. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
