The Case-Shiller report this morning showed home prices declining for May and that once again has homebuilders on the defensive. Falling yields have not done enough to spur housing at this point, so it will be up to technical buyers to hold up the Dow Jones US Home Construction index ($DJUSHB) at key 460 price support. Q2 GDP will be released Wednesday during pre-market action. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. However, due to upcoming earnings reports, our Watch Lists are dwindling. I'll be adding several more Watch List stocks over the next few trading sessions. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no stocks on our Short Watch List at this time. Large Cap Watch List: FDX - Pullback is an opportunity. We like entry at current price and again at 145.35. HSP - Reports its quarterly results on Wednesday. Therefore, WE ARE REMOVING HSP FROM OUR WATCH LIST. It's been a great trade! JWN - Moving back into the 69s. 70.21 is key resistance and a short-term exit point for profit. NVDA - Nice reversal on Monday after triggering our Second Entry at 17.50. Mid Cap Watch List: PAY - Triggered our Second Entry at 34.00 today before bouncing. Looks good from here. WTW - Reports its quarterly results after the bell on Wednesday. Therefore, WE ARE REMOVING WTW FROM OUR WATCH LIST. This has been a very disappointing trade. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
