Daily Watch List Update

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: AIG, CAH, CNQR, KORS, L, MRO, VNO Tuesday: ADM, COH, CVS, DIS, FSLR, GRPN, JCOM, MGM, ZTS MARKET NOTE: The market is fairly quiet following last week's volatility and selling. All of the major indexes are currently below key technical levels, favoring the bears. Bond yields are lower as well after spiking last week after the stronger than expected GDP report. So traders seem to be back to buying into the notion that the Fed won't be raising rates any time soon. Makes sense at the moment to remain on the side of caution while remembering the old saying that cash is king. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no stocks on our Short Watch List at this time. Large Cap Watch List: CNP - Mentioned Friday that we would consider raising the stop to a close beneath 24 which could happen today. A close below that level and it will be coming off of the Watch List. Mid Cap Watch List: PAY - Stock closed below 33.50 on Friday so it was REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: PAY IS NOW OFF THE WATCH LIST.
