Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: ADI, BBY, BMO, BNS, DSW Wednesday: BYI, CHS, GES, TIF, WDAY, WSM MARKET NOTE: I could, for the most part, copy and paste yesterday's message. Our major indices are once again battling overhead resistance of some sort. There's 17138 on the Dow Jones (all-time closing high resistance). The S&P 500 is battling the psychological barrier at 2000 and the Russell 2000 is attempting to clear a few technical hurdles in the 1168-1175 range. 60 minute negative divergences on the MACD remain across each of our major indices and plenty of sectors and industry groups. But nothing seems to be killing this bull market and we have to respect that, just as we respect the many warning signs that are present. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. We will be adding several new stocks to our Watch Lists over the coming days so stay tuned. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: MTW - Been straddling its 20 day EMA and hasn't really participated in the stock market's recent rally. Still, we'll keep a very tight Closing Stop above 29.00 just to be safe. Large Cap Watch List: FDX - Volume has been lessening as 20 day EMA remains the key short-term support level. Mid Cap Watch List: There are no Mid Cap Watch List stocks at this time. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
