Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: ANF, DG, PLL, SPLK, TD Friday: BIG MARKET NOTE: Our major indices gapped lower this morning, but have rallied off those lows to again challenge resistance levels. As a reminder, here are the levels I'd be watching: Dow Jones: 17138 S&P 500: 2000 Russell 2000: 1176 ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We added 4 stocks yesterday and more will be added in coming days. There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: MTW - Hitting trendline resistance and 20 day EMA resistance after triggering both short entry points. Large Cap Watch List: CMG - Bouncing off initial 20 day EMA test. FDX - There is a trendline connecting April, June and early August lows that's being tested today. This wouldn't be a bad level for initial entry with a second entry at 145.00-145.50. NTAP - Acting well, but very overbought. We will exercise patience here to await a better reward to risk entry level. CRM - Gap support is 57.89. We'd consider entry at the current price (58.29) as our annotated chart reflects 58.00 as initial entry and we're not far from there. Second Entry would be closer to the bottom of gap support near 56.00. Mid Cap Watch List: There are no Mid Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
