Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: ALXN, AMZN, BCS, BSX, CELG, CL, CS, ESRX, F, HSY, IP, KLAC, LSCC, MMM, MO, MSFT, PCP, PFG, PHM, RCL, RTN, SIRI, SYNA, UA, VRSN, WDC, XRX, ZMH Friday: ETN, LEA, LM, LPNT, MCO, NOV, NWL, PG, COL, SHW, SPG, UPS, WY These are a minor few of the companies reporting today and tomorrow. Please check the earnings dates for any stocks you own. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LIST: We will be adding 3 stocks to our Watch List as follows: ILMN (Large Cap) HAS (Mid Cap) LXK (Mid Cap) Annotated charts will be added this evening, along with trading strategies. Keep in mind that we have adjusted our trading strategies to allow for an initial entry at the current price. 2nd and 3rd entries will be provided on the annotated charts. If you prefer keeping risks low, even if it means missing out on upside, consider waiting for the later entries instead of taking an initial position at current prices. Keep in mind that stocks will continually be added throughout earnings season. Therefore, review the stocks identified and consider owning those that are most appealing to you. Don't feel compelled to buy every stock added. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: BCR - this is the only recent addition where we did not include an initial entry at current price. It is too stretched to do that with an RSI reading near 80. SCHW - continues to hold its breakout level. FRX - continues to strengthen on big volume. FOSL - updated new trading strategy last night after FOSL reached our initial target of 126.50. Our first entry is now the rising 20 day EMA. GOOG - will need some relief to fall back to the top of gap support at 977. We're not counting on it, but will be prepared for 2nd entry if it does. NSC - gapped slightly lower this morning, but buyers jumped right back on it. Very solid. NUS - has rebounded 5 bucks off Wednesday's intraday low. Mid Cap Watch List: ASNA - resting on 20 day EMA support. BRCD - threatening to close beneath 7.95-8.00 closing price support. If it does, it could open up the possibility of BRCD falling to 7.40 to trigger our 2nd entry. Chart remains bullish despite today's short-term breakdown. CIEN - a quick drop to the 50 day SMA shouldn't have been totally unexpected as I've been commenting about the long-term negative divergence here. We're still holding off for a test of price support at 23.40 for initial entry, although entering on today's 50 day SMA test wasn't a bad thing. DXCM - flat today after triggering initial entry on Wednesday. FDML - accumulation continues. Very strong stock. KFY - first support for the bulls will come at the rising 20 day EMA. Small Cap Watch List: FSS - yesterday's low came within a couple pennies of triggering our initial entry. If you bought, 14.40 resistance would not be a bad level to take profits. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: No deletions today. Happy trading! Tom Bowley Chief Equity Strategist EarningsBeats.com
