Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: None Wednesday: VRA MARKET NOTE: We're in a trading range with the S&P 500's trading range falling between 1990-2011 for now. The Dow Jones key seems to be a close over 17138, which it can't seem to do. Finally, the Russell 2000 has been the underperforming index, yet its rising 20 day EMA continues to provide relief for the bulls after each bout of selling. It's been a fairly toxic trading environment as traders try to determine the next significant trend. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no Watch List additions for today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BIDU - Struggling right where the top formed in late July. Volume trends are strong, however, so I feel it's just a matter of time before we see higher prices here. HSP - Sitting almost squarely on our Initial Entry of 53.00. CRM - Volume wasn't great on Monday, but it did manage to clear closing resistance and is adding to that breakout today. I see this one eventually testing the late February high just above 66.00. Mid Cap Watch List: JACK - Keeps churning near the 62.00 breakout level. Could use more volume if a breakout occurs later. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
