Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: KR, LULU, ULTA Friday: DRI MARKET NOTE: Rising 20 day EMAs continue to hold as support and today we're seeing solid action in banks ($DJUSBK) with a possible breakout above 315 on the DJUSBK. The 60 minute charts do remain somewhat bearish, though, so the finish today could hold some short-term clues. It makes sense to remain a tad cautious but it's also hard to argue with a continuing 5 1/2 year bull market. Just be sure to keep stops in play, regardless of whether you prefer the long or short side of the trade. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no Watch List additions for today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BIDU - Thus far is holding 20 day EMA support - short-term bullish. FDX - Beautiful bounce off its key moving averages - the 20 day EMA and 50 day SMA. HSP - Stubbornly holding the top of gap support, a positive sign. CRM - Breaking to another fresh new high - bullish. Mid Cap Watch List: DSW - Bouncing today, but does remain in a downtrend off its earnings-related gap higher. JACK - Love the technical action here. Yesterday, it finally confirmed a breakout and shot 2% higher earlier this morning. I now like being long JACK, with the best entry levels at 62.00 and again at the rising 20 day EMA.
