Dear Members, SPECIAL NOTE 1: EXTR AND MELI BOTH REPORT EARNINGS ON MONDAY. THEY ARE BEING REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST IMMEDIATELY. SPECIAL NOTE 2: Chris Hopkins is in the midst of making some VERY exciting changes on our website that I believe many of you will really appreciate. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: ETN, LEA, LM, LPNT, MCO, NOV, NWL, PG, COL, SHW, SPG, UPS, WY Monday: AAPL, BIIB, EXTR, FMC, HTZ, KEX, L, MAS, MELI, MRK, OII, STX, SOHU These are just a few of the companies reporting today and Monday. Please check the earnings dates for any stocks you own. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LIST: There are no additions to our Watch List today, although several could be added on Monday. Keep in mind that we have adjusted our trading strategies to allow for an initial entry at the current price. 2nd and 3rd entries will be provided on the annotated charts. If you prefer keeping risks low, even if it means missing out on upside, consider waiting for the later entries instead of taking an initial position at current prices. Keep in mind that stocks will continually be added throughout earnings season. Therefore, review the stocks identified and consider owning those that are most appealing to you. Don't feel compelled to buy every stock added. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: A - continuing to recover after nearly testing 50 support on Wednesday. FRX - gapped up yet again today with heavy volume coming in daily. Accumulation is apparent. FOSL - possible reversing bearish engulfing candle printing today - and right at resistance. HAS - the bulls are not letting up and volume is picking up as well. Another one that appears to be feeling the effects of accumulation. MELI - REPORTS EARNINGS ON MONDAY. WE SUGGEST MOVING TO THE SIDELINES UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO TAKE ON THE ADDED RISK OF HOLDING A STOCK INTO ITS EARNINGS REPORT. NUS - not far from reaching the original gap support, which is our target. Only triggered one entry, but a gain is a gain. Mid Cap Watch List: BRCD - lost 50 day SMA support on Thursday and volume ticked a little higher. It's possible we see a trip back to 7.40 for our second entry. CIEN - is trading below its 50 day SMA following the recent long-term negative divergence. Initial entry has been triggered (24.74). Second entry is at 23.40 (price support). DXCM - falling back slightly, but remains above initial entry (29.19), which also represents initial price support. MEI - potentially breaking out today - volume is confirming. We may adjust our trading strategy on this one given the breakout and assuming it holds. NTCT - pulling back, which is providing welcome relief to its overbought oscillators. Price support and the rising 20 day EMA look like great entry points considering NTCT was above 30 on Tuesday. TIBX - leaving yet another tail down beneath 25.00 - and this time on increasing volume. Still has only triggered our initial 25.25 entry point, however. Small Cap Watch List: EXTR - REPORTS EARNINGS ON MONDAY. WE SUGGEST MOVING TO THE SIDELINES UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO TAKE ON THE ADDED RISK OF HOLDING A STOCK INTO ITS EARNINGS REPORT. TASR - testing its 20 day EMA on today's pullback.
