EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: AIR, BBBY, CCL, KMX Wednesday: ACN, JBL, KBH, PAYX MARKET NOTE: The short-term trend appears to be lower for now. I'm watching the falling 20 hour EMAs across our major indices as resistance for now. Until we begin to see that moving average taken out, I'd view the market bearishly. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BIDU - Continues to bounce off 50 day SMA support. HSP - Gapped down earlier today, testing the bottom of gap support near 52.00. This could represent an entry point for those interested, although from a swing trading perspective and with an eye on reducing risk, we're using 49.50 as our second entry. PLL - Fell below its 20 day EMA this morning, but did so on very light volume. I still consider 82.00 to be a solid second entry point should we get there. Mid Cap Watch List: AMBA - Never hit our Re-entry point, but it is FLYING again, breaking back out above prior resistance near 40.50. Volume is very heavy. Small Cap Watch List: NX - Holding up quite well despite the overall selling that's taken place in the stock market the past couple days.
