EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: BBRY Monday: CTAS MARKET NOTE: Railroads ($DJUSRR) and semiconductors ($DJUSSC), two of the best performing industry groups in 2014, both held support at Thursday's close, but the bears did inflict quite a bit of damage with price support lost on the S&P 500, NASDAQ, the bank index ($DJUSBK), among others. Today's recovery is providing a bit of relief, but there is much more work to be done. This afternoon's action will be interesting as we head into the weekend. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: CMG - Bouncing off 650 support; needs to close above the declining 20 day EMA. NTAP - 20 day EMA failed to hold here with a long-term negative divergence in play. The rising 50 day SMA is the likely next area of support. CRM - Has triggered 2nd entry at 56.00. Mid Cap Watch List: AMBA - Breaking out again on solid volume. DSW - Bouncing off 20 day EMA support and up nearly 2% on the session. Close above 31.05 would likely lead to major test at 32.24. JACK - Having a HUGE day on increasing volume, very bullish. Price support now resides at 63.63. SNCR - Holding onto 20 day EMA support. Next breakout could show a long-term negative divergence. I'll be watching and keep you posted on that.
