Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Wednesday: AYI, AZZ MARKET NOTE: The market is struggling big time today as traders have moved to the sidelines. All of the major indexes are currently below key technical levels, favoring the bears. In addition, bond yields have fallen significantly with the 10 year now trading near 2.42% as investors gravitate towards safety, also putting pressure on stocks. The S&P really needs to close back above 1976 for the bulls to have any shot at claiming the upper hand here. It is early in the session so anything is possible but for the moment we must remain cautious. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: NKE - We added NKE to our Watch List and it has hit our initial entry price of 87.98. BIDU - Trading below its 50 day moving average and perhaps heading to another entry level but not close to there at this time. Mid Cap Watch List: DSW - Stock is hovering right around first entry point at the 20 day ema. SNCR - Given the long-term negative divergence, consider keeping a closing stop in play at 45.30. Small Cap Watch List: NX - Holding up quite well relative to the Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction index.
