EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: None Monday: None MARKET NOTE: We saw a very strong recovery in the stock market on Thursday afternoon, printing several bullish candlesticks and leading to additional upside today. A strong jobs report has aided this recovery. Many of the aggressive areas of the stock market are benefiting from a selloff in treasuries. Financials, in particular, are doing well with banks ($DJUSBK) trying to push back through their 20 day EMA resistance. A successful rally in financials would help the bulls' cause. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We are adding one stock to our Mid Cap Watch List - Veeva Systems, Inc. (VEEV) - a $3.2 billion market cap company. We like entry at the current price (27.04) and again at 26.21. More details to follow on the website over the weekend. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BIDU - Up nearly 3 bucks today after printing a hammer on Thursday's close. CMG - Recently cleared its 20 day EMA and today is attempting to clear its 50 day SMA - bullish. NKE - After triggering our initial entry at 87.98, NKE attempting to break to a fresh closing high above 90.00. CRM - Looking to close at a 3 week high after triggering both entry points at 58.00 and 56.00 recently. Mid Cap Watch List: AMBA - Been by far the best trading candidate on our Watch Lists over past month. Tested its rising 20 day EMA yesterday and was up 10% off of that level earlier today. DSW - Trying to clear 31.05. If successful, I'd be looking for 32.24 - a nice level to take profits. JACK - Very strong MACD, suggesting that any upcoming 20 day EMA would represent solid entry (or re-entry if profits already taken). SNCR - Close over 45.96 would be another breakout, despite the long-term negative divergence in play. Small Cap Watch List: NX - Recent price support close to 17.50 held at today's low, with NX rallying nicely.
