Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Today: None - Columbus Day (stock market is OPEN) Tuesday: ADTN, C, CSX, INTC, JBHT, JNJ, JPM, LLTC, WFC MARKET NOTE: The market has turned positive after a weak open. The S&P has moved back above its 200 day moving average, a critical development for the bulls since the S&P has not been below its 200 day moving average since the end of 2012. So a serious technical problem at the moment unless the bulls hold here. At a minimum the bulls need to close the S&P back above 1905 or risk further selling. A strong close could signal the worst of the selling is over. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: NKE - Came within pennies of triggering our second entry level at the rising 20 day moving average which is now at 85.94. BIDU - Triggered second entry at $205 on Friday. $194 remains the third entry level. HSP - Triggered our second entry at 49.50. Closing stop is $49 so will be removed from the Watch List if closes below this level. NTAP - Currently trading right at our closing stop level of $39 so will be removed from the Watch List if it closes below this level. CRM - Currently trading below our closing stop level of $55.50 so will be removed from the Watch list if closes below this level. Mid Cap Watch List: VEEV - Up 3% today after having hit our third entry level on Friday. AMBA - Hit our third entry level of $34 and since that time has bounced nicely near $37. SNCR - Up 1.35% with the market struggling. Small Cap Watch List: NX - Up 2% in this weak market. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: There are no deletions today unless closing stops are violated.
