EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: BID, DDD Tuesday: CTRP, FOSL, VOD, YPF MARKET NOTE: Our major indices have opened higher this morning after consolidation nearly all last week - especially on the more aggressive NASDAQ and Russell 2000 indices. On the NASDAQ, I'm watching the current range from 4600-4650 for near-term clues. A close beneath or above that range will likely tell us whether we've topped in the near-term or if the rally is simply pausing before another leg higher follows. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: C - There was some selling earlier, but buyers quickly returned. It's not too surprising looking at that strong daily MACD. But chasing this one with an RSI of 77 makes little technical sense. A 20 day EMA test will likely present a nice opportunity in time. ILMN - 185-190 has proven thus far to be solid support as the rising 20 day EMA (currently 183.05) approaches as further support. V - Down nearly three bucks today, but still holding on the recent winning streak of higher intraday lows. If you're in and wondering when might represent a decent sell point, it could be when this winning streak ends and a lower low prints. Mid Cap Watch List: AMBA - Solid volume accompanying yet another breakout. CRS - Profit taking has sent CRS a bit lower today on lighter volume. 50.50 and/or the rising 20 day EMA is the combination of support that could be used for entry. DSW - Still hasn't been able to clear 32.24 closing resistance and it's moving lower again within its consolidation range today. INFN - Already up more than 4% from our original entry. Bullish action. IRBT - Pulling back for another potential test of support near 34.00. The 20 day EMA is currently at 34.21. MLNX - Volume slowing as the rising 20 day EMA holds as support for now. VEEV - Breaking back up above its key moving averages a solid sign in the near-term. Small Cap Watch List: No comments at this time.
